Hopedale Pond - March Through June, 2010

I decided to put this page together after reading the June 24 article in the
Milford Daily News on the low water level in Hopedale Pond. If I had planned on doing this several months ago, the selection of pictures would have been quite different. However, I had to use what I have, but it will give a little idea of the ups and downs over the last few months.

This isn't the lowest the pond has been in recent years.
Take a look at it in December 2006.

The pond was dredged in 1949.
Here are a few pictures of the job.
