    County Street, off of Route 122 in Blackstone ends
    at a parking lot at Rolling Dam. The dotted line on
    the map is the Mass/RI state line.

    This guy, about 100 yards upstream from the Rolling
    Dam, isn't one to let a little January weather keep him off
    the water. We talked to him for a while when he came to
    shore. He goes out pretty well prepared for the weather.
