1918 Flu Epidemic

From the Hopedale Town Report for 1918. Most, or possibly all of the causes of death listed as pneumonia were likely flu. Flu deaths continued into 1919.

John and Ellen Grady. John died of the flu. Ellen worked as a maid for the Clare Draper family.
